If it’s a Property claim call 0808 161 7012 (handled by Aspray)
If it’s Liability (or any other type of) claim these often are not time critical, and you should call us on 01827 313 931 the next working day.
Shouldn’t I call my insurance company first?
By all means you can do, if you know the right telephone number and the right reference/policy number to quote.
However, we usually prefer to get involved at the outset to save you time on the phone trying to get the claim set up.
I’ve been involved in a minor accident but I don’t want to make a claim, what should I do?
It is a policy condition that all incidents/accidents/occurrences which COULD result in a claim be notified to your insurers ASAP.
If you don’t, and the claim suddenly escalates (for example, if you’ve been involved in a motor accident and there starts to be claims for a hire car or personal injuries) your insurance company could then decline to deal with the matter, leaving you to sort it yourself. It is important that you report everything to them immediately.
