What does Contractors All Risks actually cover?

It covers physical loss or damage to your materials on site. This can include your tools, your hired-in plant, the contract works themselves. It can be arranged jointly in the name of the contractor, the employer and the finance company (bank). It can basically cover whatever you need insuring on site.

Do I have to arrange an Annual policy?

No, we can arrange single contract cover too if this is more appropriate to your requirements.

How do I get a quote? And how long does it take?

Give us a ring. No two businesses are the same, so we will talk you through what you need and what information we need to get you a quote. Smaller businesses can be quoted pretty much instantaneously, whereas larger more complex business make take a few days.

How much does this type of insurance cost?

It depends on so many factors but the main ones are where you are based, what your business does and what size it is. We have clients paying us premiums in the range of £100 to £100,000 per annum.

What happens if I need to make a claim on my insurance policy?
